"These things don't build themselves..." Neil Mazzella honored by STREB

HUDSON founder and CEO Neil A. Mazzella was honored this past May by STREB with their Action Maverick Award, which celebrates "those transgressive action specialists whose seemingly reckless journeys are, in reality, a society’s insignia for bravery and courage."

The members of Elizabeth Streb’s company, STREB EXTREME ACTION, combine virtuosity and technical skill with openhearted popular appeal. Founded in New York City in 1985 by choreographer Elizabeth Streb, the company has traveled, artistically as well as geographically, from the heights of the experimental dance world to the cutting-edge of popular entertainment. Neil and HUDSON are proud to work with STREB, building the physical elements that allow this group to soar.

"These things don’t build themselves.

Can you help me fly? Complicated Question.

Simple answer. Yes. If the person asked is a Tony Award winning genius at design and engineering and can take Elizabeth’s high flying ideas and get them off the ground."
