HUDSON's technical supervision and production management teams oversee the physical production of a project including lighting, audio, video, automation, & fabrication from design to build to install. Our expertise is in partnering with creatives to carry out their vision, and with labor to build and install on site, while keeping projects on schedule and budget.
Hiring & Managing Labor
Labor is the backbone behind the success of all the projects we manage. We bring together skilled crews of carpenters, riggers, metal workers, electricians, audio and video technicians, automation experts, programmers, teamsters, and other specialists in their field. We negotiate labor contracts, build labor schedules, monitor and administer payroll as needed, and ensure the safety and well-being of all team members.

HUDSON collaborates with clients & designers to create realistic schedules and budgets for their project. Our senior managers bring decades of experience in live events, fabrication, and construction. We review project feasibility, survey locations, and determine venue needs. We also identify appropriate vendors, solicit and evaluate bids, and oversee awarded contracts to completion.

Our team helps turn visions into realities with renderings, concept development, 3D modeling, and stage/environment design.
