Tommy Hilfiger Prep World

To launch Tommy Hilfiger's summer 2011 capsule collection, brand creatives and experiential agency Catrambone Studio envisioned a fully realized, 960-square-foot Cape Cod-style cottage as a retail activation, built to look weathered and permanent but installed and struck within days.
Hudson Scenic Studios handled technical design, engineering, fabrication, shipping, and assembly, devising a modular system of prefabricated interior and exterior wall and roof panels finished entirely in-shop. Each activation went up in two days, ran for three, and came down in two before shipping to its next stop, opening first in New York's Meatpacking District, then The Grove in Los Angeles.
